I have concerns whether there is a legitamate place on Craig Street in Pgh. called Firefighters Charitable Foundation? Or is this a scam? I've been asked for a donation>
I'm curious whether smoke detectors should be outside or inside a bedroom in an apartment or house situation.I mentioned this to my landlord a few months ago after a scare at our apartments and never got an answer.I mentioned it because I think it should be outside and there are now other concerns that I know are wrong but I want to make sure about this.
